Committee Meetings Dates Agendas & Minutes
All meetings planned by the Parish Council take place at Colnbrook Village Hall.
The next full Parish Meeting which was scheduled to be held on Wednesday 11th June 2025 at 7.00pm at Colnbrook Village Hall has been cancelled due to inquoracy. The next scheduled meeting is 9th July 2025.
The next Service Committee meeting will take place on Tuesday 24th June at 7pm followed by Finance & Policy Committee meeting at 7.50pm at Colnbrook Village Hall.
Upcoming Full Parish and Service Committee Meetings will be scheduled in accordance with the following guidelines or otherwise advised and published 5 working days in advance of the proposed date and/or time change.
- The Full Parish Council meet monthly on the second Wednesday of the month at Colnbrook Village Hall (unless otherwise stated) and commence at 7.00pm.
- Informal Public Session - 15 mins at the start of each full Parish Council Meeting.
- The Services Committee meets at least six times each year on the last Tuesday of the month, the meeting commences at 7pm.
- The Finance and Policy Committee meets at least six times each year on the last Tuesday of the month, the meeting commences at 7.50pm.
There are no meetings in August and December when the Council is in recess.
