Committee Meetings Dates Agendas & Minutes

All meetings planned by the Parish Council take place in Colnbrook Village Hall, to begin at 6:30pm or 7:00pm.

Full Parish Meeting will be held on 11th June 2024 at 7.00pm in Colnbrook Village Hall.

Next Service Committee meeting will take place on Tuesday 25th June at 6.30pm followed by Finance & Policy Committee at 7.30pm in Colnbrook Village Hall.

Upcoming Full Parish and Service Committee Meetings will be scheduled in accordance with the following guidelines or otherwise advised and published 5 working days in advance of the proposed date and/or time change.

• The Full Parish Council meet monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at Colnbrook Village Hall - (unless otherwise stated) and commences at 7.00pm.
• Informal public session - 30mins at the start of  Parish Council Meeting

• The Services Committees meet six times each year on the 4th Tuesday of the month - and commences at 6:30pm.
• The Finance and Policy Committee meet six times each year on the 4th Tuesday of the month -  and commences at 7:30pm.
