Men's Matters

A Message from Madhuri Bedi
Labour Cllr Foxborough Ward
Cabinet Member for Children, Education and Families

We delighted to inform you that, from this September, Men's Matters weekly Windsor drop-in sessions will also take place in Foxborough Ward, Langley.

This new charity has made significant steps in supporting older men by offering friendship and organising activities that contribute to their health and well-being. Men's Matters is greatly needed in Slough, We hope this will provide our residents the same support and positive outcomes that Windsor residents are already benefiting from.

We hope you'll join us for the Slough launch event on Saturday 9th September from 2pm to 5pm. It is is often family / gatekeepers who recognise the need within their family and friends therefore this event is open to the whole community with lots of activities, refreshments & music for all. There will be a ribbon cutting by Slough MP Tan Dhesi and the Mayor of Slough, Cllr Ishrat Shah will also be attending to show her support.

We have attached a flyer to promote the event and would ask you to kindly promote / forward this to anyone you feel would benefit from within Slough's diverse communities. Please do hold the date; the members of Men's Matters, Radian and I greatly look forward to seeing you there.
